Halsey Development Group is a real estate investment firm that acquires and improves residential properties to deliver returns to its partners and comfortable, safe homes for its residents. Our Portfolio
Our current $3mm portfolio consists of residential real estate, especially value-add opportunities to capture forced equity while earning cash flow in growing markets. We have improved several assets driving over $800,000 in equity growth, and have received over $250,000 in rental income since inception. Property improvements range from small visual improvements to building a new foundation and framing structure.
We are constantly searching for opportunities in the multi-family space and analyzing deals to continue to expand the portfolio.
How we Partner
We operate investment partnerships using what’s called Syndication, a legal group investment structure set up for each individual deal. Each partnership, formed as an LLC, has a General Partner (Halsey Development Group) who acquires and manages the asset in addition to investing capital, and Limited Partners who invest capital in return for an ownership stake. The General Partner provides consistent updates and total transparency into the operation of the asset.
