Our Portfolio
Our current $5mm portfolio consists of residential real estate, especially value-add opportunities to capture forced equity while earning cash flow in growing markets. We have improved several assets driving over $2,000,000 in equity growth, and have received over $300,000 in rental income since inception. Property improvements range from cosmetic improvements to building new construction.
We are constantly searching for opportunities in the multi-family space and analyzing deals to continue to expand the portfolio.
How we Partner
We have currently self-funded all projects with personal capital and bank financing. Moving forward we will have opportunities for outside investment.
